The Pimalai Resort & Spa is a ravishing grouping of pavilions of Thai architecture located on the Southern part of Koh Lanta Yai, at about 1h30 of the Krabi Airport (by road and boat). It is surrounded by an emerald jungle that slowly descends towards a white sanded beach.

Restaurants :

Restaurant "The Baan Pimalaï"

This is the main restaurant of the hotel. In a refined and relaxing setting, enjoy a delicious meal chosen from a menu offering savory international and asian dishes.

Breakfast, served as a buffet will be taken in this restaurant.

Restaurant "The Rak Talay Beach"

In this restaurant/bar, you shall enjoy a more casual ambiance and meals with grilled fish or meat, salads, sandwiches or snacks, all the while with your feet in the sand.

Restaurant "The Spice and Rice"

This restaurant is recommended for those who enjoy the traditional Thai cuisine.

The menu offers delicious delights such as stuffed balls, satay, rice noodles, spring rolls, salads with Yam (salad dressing), the famous Thai curry, or fried rice or noodles with vegetables and either meat or fish.
For desert you shall be able to choose between bananas or coconut donuts with seasonal fruits and syrup or ice.

Restaurant "The Seven Seas"

Located on the hill, 60 meters above sea level, this restaurant proposes an occidental and modern cuisine with some asian touch.
It is also a bar where you shall be able to taste delicious wines from the restaurant's cave, while admiring the view.

Restaurant "Poolside Restaurant"

As its name suggests, this restaurant is located by the 50m long pool and offers light meals during the day.

Sports and Activities : At the Pimalai Resort & Spa you shall have access to the following equipments:
fresh water pool, jacuzzi, sailing, canoe, fitness centre, VTT. Note that children are not allowed in this fresh water pool, but are welcomed to use the other pool instead.

How would you like trekking on an elephant's back? Koh Lanta is the place to do that as it has several elephants reserves.

6 km South to the hotel you shall find the Lanta Marine National Park where you can go for long walks along the coast. And if you are lucky you might even meet some monkeys.

Tours of the surrounding isles are also organized by the spa hotel of Thailand. These islands are part of the Lanta Marine National Park and are treasures for divers. You can discover there a beautiful fauna and flora along the coral reefs.

The Squid Safari Sunset Cruise is a 2-hour excursion by boat during which you can go squid fishing. What other souvenir can top a picture of you holding a squid in a hand and a local beer in the other ?
